Incubation and Placement Department

Department of Incubation and Placement

Under the guidance of Dean Professor Mohan Raj Sharma, the Institute of Medicine (IOM) Dean's Office is proud to announce the establishment of the Incubation and Placement Center, a dedicated department designed to foster innovation, provide comprehensive career counseling, and facilitate professional placement opportunities for our students and faculty.

Led by Head of Department Associate Professor Sudip Parajuli, alongside core faculty members Dr. Bigyan Raj Gyawali and Dr. Pradeep Raj Regmi, the center aims to bridge the gap between academic training and career advancement. By supporting cutting-edge incubation ideas and offering structured career guidance, the department is committed to empowering the IOM community to translate their medical expertise and research into impactful, real-world success.

Its main aim is to establish a dynamic platform that fosters innovation, entrepreneurship, career development, and professional excellence among students, residents, and faculty across medical, surgical, and allied health disciplines. It seeks to bridge the gap between academic training and real-world application, while nurturing leadership, research translation, and multidisciplinary collaboration within the healthcare ecosystem.
